Payments

Aissia subscriptions are sold by Has.Pet Ltd. Payment runs through Stripe's Managed Payments service, and Stripe (the Stripe company named at checkout and on your receipt) acts as merchant of record for the transaction: it takes payment, charges taxes, issues invoices and processes refunds. We never receive full card numbers.

Consumer disputes

The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something goes wrong, please write to support@aissia.com first.
